How do I send a fax with Faxio?
Open the app and tap "Send Fax." Enter the recipient's fax number, import your document from Files, Photos, Camera, or cloud storage, optionally add a cover page and signature, then tap "Send Fax." You'll receive a delivery confirmation once your fax arrives.
Which countries can I send faxes to?
Faxio supports fax delivery to 60+ countries worldwide including the US, Canada, UK, EU countries, Australia, and many more. Enter the international country code (+1 for US, +44 for UK, etc.) when sending to numbers outside your region.
What file formats does Faxio support?
Faxio supports PDF files and common image formats (JPG, PNG). You can import documents directly from the iOS Files app, your Photos library, Camera, or any connected cloud storage service.
How do I add an electronic signature?
In the Document Editor, tap the "Sign" button in the toolbar. Draw your signature using your finger or Apple Pencil, then drag and resize it to position it on your document. Your signature can be saved for future use.
How do I know if my fax was delivered?
After sending, your fax appears in the "Sent" tab with a real-time delivery status. You'll see confirmation when the fax is delivered. You can also check your full fax history in the Sent tab at any time.
What's the difference between a subscription and credits?
Subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) give you a set number of fax pages per billing cycle — ideal for regular use. Credits are a pay-per-fax option where 1 credit = 1 fax page. Credits never expire and are perfect for occasional sending.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel, go to your iPhone's Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Faxio, then tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll continue to have access until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription time.
Can I get a refund?
Since Faxio is purchased through the Apple App Store, all refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple. Our team cannot process refunds directly.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Faxio uses end-to-end encryption for all document transmission. Your documents are processed securely and are not stored after delivery. We do not sell or share your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
My fax failed to deliver — what should I do?
First, verify the recipient's fax number is correct and includes the proper country code. Fax delivery can sometimes fail due to the recipient's fax machine being busy or offline — try resending after a few minutes. If the problem persists, contact us at support@faxio.site with your fax details.
